I am a Humanistic / Person Centred Counsellor working in a non-directive way.   This means you are free to use your session to explore whatever aspect of life is important to you; such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, job-loss or perhaps you just would like to get to know yourself a little better.  The humanistic / person centred approach is focused on working together at the most suitable pace for you in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment.
